This bonsai, collected from the Korean peninsula, allows us to look upon the beautiful contrast of the lush green leaves and white trunk from early to mid-summer. It is well known that this bonsai was cherished by Nobusuke Kishi, a former Prime Minister of Japan who also served as the president of the Nihon Bonsai Association.
